(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), informs the market about the notice received on 12 April 2024 from the shareholders Vinci VER Holding S.R.L., OA Liviu Holding Invest S.R.L., CC Trust Group AG and Altius S.A. (the “Selling Shareholders”) regarding the launching of a private placement offering of a number of up to 360,000,000 shares in the Company held by the Selling Shareholders, carried out through SSIF Swiss Capital S.A.
