The Financial Supervisory Authority approved on October 24, 2023, by Decision No. 1097, the Public Tender Offer for the shares issued by Fondul Proprietatea SA, initiated by Fondul Proprietatea SA. The Offer’s intermediary is SSIF Swiss Capital SA.
