The Financial Supervisory Authority warns consumers about the existence of actions by unauthorized individuals who claim to provide investment services and activities in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 126/2018 regarding financial instrument markets on behalf of intermediaries authorized by the FSA, requesting various sums of money to be invested in financial instruments traded on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
